Today is Memorial Day, which is about so much more than grilling and cookouts. But the fact remains that there will be a lot of burgers being made today. Here are a couple of recipes to help you out.

Why is this important? If forests aren’t being cut down to make paper towels, that leaves more trees for us woodworkers to use.
